About the place

Welcome! Our apartment is located on the 10th floor in a quiet neighborhood, just a 10-minute bike ride from Erasmus University. There's also a tram station (Opstelspoor De Esch) just a 3-minute walk from the apartment.

Cleaning is taken seriously here. It is done weekly according to a schedule.

Smoking is not allowed — neither inside nor on the balcony.

The apartment is shared with Qiqi. He is a guy of Chinese descent and speaks Dutch, Chinese, and English.

The room will be rented under a subletting contract with me (the main tenant), since I'll remain in Asia until the end of my contract. The period of renting will be from 1 april 2026 until 12 june 2026, with the option of extension depending on landlord's approval. 

There will be taxes of circa 45 euro per month (gemeentelijke en waterschapsbelastingen). Details can be discussed during our introductory meeting.

-Bed with mattress
-Wardrobe

-Cabinet for personal items

We also have a storage room for the bike downstairs.
