About the place

Are you looking for a nice room in a cozy and well-kept apartment in Lombardijen? This might be your new home! The apartment is within walking distance of Shopping Center Spinozaweg, which is very convenient for groceries, shops, and public transport.

The room is available from March 1st, and we strongly prefer someone who can move in on March 1st.

You will be sharing the apartment with 3 female housemates, so we are looking for a female tenant only to keep the household balanced. The atmosphere in the apartment is relaxed and friendly, everyone has their own life, but there is definitely room for a chat or having dinner together. Your future housemates are very chill and value a comfortable and respectful living environment.

To keep the apartment clean and organized, we have a cleaning schedule. Each week, one person is responsible for cleaning the shared areas. Of course, everyone helps keep things tidy, but this system ensures everything stays clean and structured.

What’s included in the room?
The room already has a bed frame and a wardrobe. You only need to arrange your own mattress. Any other furniture or items visible in the photos can possibly be taken over for a small fee, which you can discuss directly with the current tenant.

Financial details:
	•	Rent: €800 per month including gas, water, and electricity
	•	Deposit: €1500
	•	Additionally, you will pay municipal taxes (such as sewage tax, etc.) once per year.
