About the place

Hey there!

From early November 2026 through the end of January 2027 one of our housemates is going to travel, so a room is becoming available in our lovely house for which we are searching someone to sublet to! :)

The house is located at gorgeous Katendrecht, in the middle of Rotterdam! A very nice place to live. You would be living with 2 master's students who are in the final stage of their studies. The rent is €845 per month (all-inclusive), and the house is 140 m²! Included are a dishwasher, plenty of storage space, and even a bike you can borrow! Registration with the municipality is sadly not possible. The exact dates for subletting are open to discussion.

The house viewing will be somewhere in the coming weeks. Please let us know if you are interested: send us a photo and some text about yourself and perhaps we see you soon!
