About the place

Dear reader,

From July 15 until December 31, my room will be available for sublet in our lovely apartment in Katendrecht, located on Delistraat. The room is 14 m² and has access to a shared balcony. The rent is €700 per month, including utilities (gas, water, and electricity).

The room comes furnished with wardrobes, a bed, and a desk. The apartment also has a spacious living room with an open-plan kitchen. It is located right on Deliplein, a lively square full of cozy cafés, restaurants, and terraces. Metro stations Rijnhaven and Wilhelminaplein are both within a 10-minute walk or a 3-minute bike ride.

You will be living with one other girl, Gabriela (22), who is about to start her Master’s in Clinical Psychology, so it would be nice if you are at a similar stage in life. She still enjoys an active student life myself, but also loves having dinner together, grabbing drinks, or doing other fun activities.

The viewing evenings will take place on June 11 and June 15 at around 7:00 PM, but please also respond if you are not available on one of those dates. If you think you’d enjoy living in this cozy apartment, send us a nice message about yourself, and hopefully we’ll meet on June 11 or 15!
