About the place

Women only! 

Both Dutch and international tenants are welcome.
You will share the apartment with only one housemate (me – female, 19). Your room is private and also includes your own balcony. The room is unfurnished, but a bed with sheets and bedding can be provided if needed.
The apartment is located on the second floor in a lively neighbourhood in the centre of Rotterdam, near the Meent. The room will be available starting in April, with a 6-month contract.
The apartment has the following shared amenities:

* Washing machine (with dryer function)
* Dishwasher

* Fridge
* Freezer
* Coffee machine
Pets are allowed only if they are friendly, non-destructive (I’m quite attached to my furniture), and do not make big messes. This would need to be discussed and agreed upon beforehand.
