About the place

For a period of 9 months, I am renting out a furnished room of 21 m² in my house in Rotterdam East. The house has a total size of 94 m², is spread over three floors, and will be shared with one other tenant: a quiet Japanese expat.

I am looking for a reliable, tidy and calm tenant who enjoys a peaceful home and respects the neighbours (the neighbourhood is quiet and mainly consists of families).

About the room and the house:

- Room: 21 m²
- Total house: 94 m²
- House divided over 3 floors
- Spacious living room with open kitchen
- 2 separate toilets
- Balcony
- Storage room
- Kitchen with appliances and stove
- Washing machine and vacuum cleaner available

During my absence you are welcome to use the available household items and appliances.

Rent:

- €750 per month (excluding gas/water/electricity and WiFi)
- Deposit: 2 months rent
- Rental period: 9 months (temporary sublet)

Location
The house is located in Rotterdam East, in a quiet neighbourhood with many families.
City centre within cycling distance
Good public transport nearby (bus, metro and train)
Several shopping centres and amenities close by
Kralingse bos walking distance
Plenty of free parking spaces right outside the house.

Important:
- No smoking
- No pets
- Looking for a tenant who pays rent on time and does not cause disturbance
