For rent on 2nd floor of a beautiful old house: Two light, high, furnished rooms. One room of 7m2, best used as bedroom (with bed 1,2 x 2,0 m, new mattress). The second room of 19m2 used as living room / study. Both rooms have a height of 3 m. The large room has a small kitchen with electric device and fridge. 

Modern, shared bathroom on 2nd floor with rooflight, double shower and double sinks. A green balcony on 2nd floor with sun in the afternoon and evening. Washing machine, microwave, freezer, vacuum cleaner, WIFI available. 

The house is situated in a lively neighborhood, close to Nieuwe Binnenweg, with cafes and restaurants and supermarket (3 min.), tram (3 min.), metro (10 min.), central station (15 min.), Erasmus hospital (10 min.), museums and Witte de Withstraat (15 min.) (all walking distances). Parking in front of the house.

For rent from 1th of October 2026 until end of June 2027 (9 months). €825 excluding heating and electricity, which is 25% of the monthly bill (is around €50, less in summer, more in winter). Looking for a decent, quiet woman 35-50y, who is working, doing research, doing an internship, e.g. I'm 48. 

!! Important that you love cats, are experienced with cat care and willing to do some cat care duties in change of reduced rent (€100 less). I have 3 older cats. Sometimes I'm away for work and sometimes I take short holidays.
