Very nice room located just a 1-minute walk from Noord Station and a 7-minute bike ride from the city center. All supermarkets are within walking distance.

The house is fully equipped with all modern conveniences, including a small dining room with a TV, a lounge room with a sofa and TV, Wi-Fi, an iron and ironing board, and a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and oven.

The spacious bathroom features a shower, sink, second toilet, washing machine, and tumble dryer. Each resident also has their own personal cabinet for storing bathroom items.
