About the place

We’re looking for a third housemate to share our flat on the beautiful Noordereiland, just south of central Rotterdam. The room is on the garden-facing side of the house and is 2 x 4 metres. There’s a large communal living/dining room and a large kitchen with a balcony, as well as lots of storage. We are a Belgian architect (f, 31) and a British artist (m, 33) so everything is clean and tasteful! 

You will be a tidy and reliable professional, preferably not working from home, and a non-smoker. We're looking for a longer-term housemate, so it's possible to register with the municipality (inschrijving) here.
