The location is really central, a quite suburb just on the edge of the Centraal. 10 minute walk to Blaak/Maarkthal, 5 walk to Oostplein metro and a 7 minute cycle to Centraal or Kralingen se plas. Vibey area that’s also really green.

It’s the top apartment in a small block. It has two levels with bedroom, toilet, kitchen, balcony and large lounge on first floor. Second bedroom, bathroom and storage upstairs. 

The house has everything you need: fast Internet, dish washer, washing machine, stove, cutlery etc. etc. just need your own bedding.

We bought a house nearby and its being renovated so we (a couple) will not always be around
