A spacious 19m² room will become available on the Brittenoord in Rotterdam! The Brittenoord is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood in the municipality of IJsselmonde (part of Rotterdam). This room is exclusively for (working) students! The bathroom, kitchen, toilet, and cozy living room in the apartment are shared with two other people (girls). Additionally, there is a spacious storage room in the complex available for your bike and other personal items you want to store. (Municipal) Registration at the Brittenoord is possible.

The spacious room that will become available is rented out unfurnished (gestoffeerd in Dutch). The furniture of the current tenant can be taken over for an additional price. This can be discussed with the sitting tenant (for example if possible during the viewing). The rent is €756 per month (including service costs & excluding utilities g/w/e). There is also internet + TV subscription available for €23,20 per month. The rental period is temporary and only for (working) students. The term is negotiable.

Paid parking is available in front of the dorm (a parking permit from the municipal is available after registration at the address), and at the back of the dorm, there is a large communal garden where you can enjoy a BBQ in the summer. Tram and bus stops are less than a 5-minute walk away. Lombardijen Station is a 10-minute bike ride. A supermarket, various restaurants, a doctor (GP),a gym, a mall, and a hairdresser are all within a 5-minute walk.
