About the place

I'm looking for a quiet and respectful housemate for my spacious 108 m² apartment on the 20th floor, directly opposite Maashaven metro station in Rotterdam.

The location is very central and easy to reach: the metro and tram are literally around the corner. The building is partly a hotel and partly residential, with a neat and welcoming entrance. The apartment is in the upper residential part of the building and has a nice view. I'm continuously improving the apartment step by step.

You would live with me and my cat. I'm looking for someone who is calm, tidy, respectful, considerate, and comfortable living independently while sharing a home. Someone who studies or works and appreciates a peaceful home base would probably be a good fit.

The rent is €1,200 per month, including all costs.  
Registration is possible.  
The contract is transparent and tenant-friendly.
