About the place

Hey guys, I’m looking to sublet my room from mid-April 2026 until circa mid-January 2027, however, the move in date is flexible. I am sharing the apartment with one more person, who is also the landlady. The apartment is two stops away from the Alexander train station, and less than a minute away from the nearest metro stop. The rent is 850€ with everything included, so the price is fixed. The bathroom and kitchen are shared with the landlady, and the apartment also has a large balcony with a very nice view, as it is situated in a quiet, green part of Rotterdam. Girls are preferred, but you can hit me up for more information regardless of gender
