Rental process
After you register via the listing, you will receive an onboarding form. Based on the information provided, we will make an initial selection from the interested candidates. Selected candidates will then be invited for a viewing.

After the viewing, we will carry out a credit check and assess the documents provided. In addition, if applicable, the mandatory housing permit will be applied for at the municipality of Rotterdam.

After a positive assessment, the most suitable candidate will be proposed to the owner. After approval by the owner, the tenancy agreement can be drawn up and we will guide the further rental process.

Financial requirements
The required gross monthly income is at least four times the monthly rent. For students, a guarantor may be accepted.

When renting to a student, the financial details of the tenant and any guarantor will be assessed.
