Rental process
After you register via the advertisement, you will receive an onboarding form. Based on the information received, we will make an initial selection of interested candidates. Selected candidates will be invited for a viewing.

After the viewing, we will carry out a credit check and assess the documents provided. In addition, if applicable, the mandatory housing permit will be requested from the municipality of Rotterdam.

After a positive assessment, the most suitable candidate or group of students will be proposed to the owner. After approval by the owner, the rental agreement can be drawn up and the further rental process will be guided.

Financial requirements
The required gross monthly income must be at least four times the monthly rent. For students, a guarantor may be accepted. When renting to a group of students, the financial details of all tenants and any guarantors will be assessed.
