Hi everyone! I am looking for someone to take over my room starting from the 1st of June. Rent: €1050 per month (All bills and high-speed internet are included). Deposit: €1100. Registration: Yes, official registration (Gemeente) is possible! Contract: Minimum 3 months, but you can sign a longer contract if you want. Great location! The house is just 1 bus stop away from the Erasmus University / RBS Campus. The house is very big and divided into 2 parts. We have 2 kitchens and 2 bathrooms, so you will basically share your living space with only 2 other people. You will live with two friendly, working girls (one from Spain and one from Ukraine). The house is fully furnished and ready to move in. We have a dishwasher, a washing machine, a clothes dryer, and even a sauna! There is also a nice garden that you can fully use.
