About the place

Renovated furnished room of 35 m² with air conditioning. The room includes a refrigerator with freezer. The room itself is private and can be locked. The kitchen and its facilities do not need to be shared. There is a kitchenette with an extractor hood in the room  and an oven.
And the air suction unit in the top of the roof also provides air extraction for ventilation and fresh air circulation.

The shared bathroom and toilet have recently been renovated. In the boiler room next to the bathroom, a washer–dryer combination will be installed.

Smoking or drugs are not allowed.

The room is located in Rotterdam. The base rent is €875 per month, excluding service costs of €160 per month (Homeowners’ Association fees (HOA fees/ VvE fees), electricity, heating, waste collection, sewage, water, high-speed Wi-Fi (200–1000 mb/s from KPN), and cleaning of shared spaces twice per month).

Preference is given to someone aged 24+ with a full-time job. The deposit is two months’ rent.

The house is environmentally friendly and has an energy label A due to full insulation and a heat pump. Waste is separated into glass, plastic, paper, organic (GFT), and residual waste.
