Apartment size: 130 m², spacious and well-maintained.

Layout: Shared living room and kitchen, two bathrooms, and two toilets.

Room: Approximately 16 m², furnished (note: no mattress/bed provided).

Rental information:

Period: January only (contract expires on February 1st, extension unlikely).

Price: €860 per month.

Payment: Full payment in advance to prevent last-minute cancellations.
Contract: No formal rental agreement will be drawn up.

About the house:

You'll share the apartment with two working professionals (aged 26 and 29): a doctor and a cost engineer.
You'll share one of the two bathrooms with one housemate.
