About the place

Room available in our 120 m² apartment on the Binnenrotte, right in the centre of Rotterdam, next to the Markthal and a few minutes' walk from Blaak station.

The room is 16 m² on the 4th floor and comes furnished with a bed and wardrobe. Rent is €1,000 a month all-in (gas, water, electricity and internet). Deposit is €1,670. It's available from 1 November 2026 until 26 March 2027, and you go on the rental contract directly with the landlord. Registering at the address is possible.

To be upfront: the room has no door and it can get a bit noisy. Otherwise it's a really nice space with two big windows and a sloped ceiling.

You share the kitchen, living room, bathroom (2 showers, 1 toilet) and two balconies (with a great view of the Laurenskerk) with the two of us: Travis (22, working and studying) and Diego (25, working). We're easygoing and just looking for someone fun and chill. No preference on who you are, students and workers both welcome. We speak English at home.
