About the place

Since my current roommate Nina is moving out after two years, I am looking for a new roommate to share a flat in Rotterdam (Oude Noorden) from the 1st of May.
The room is around 12m2 and has a small balcony facing the West, the room is not-furnished and registration is possible.

Rent all-inclusive 700 euro (+one month deposit)
(gas/water/electricity/Internet/municipal tax/disposal taxes/water management taxes)(Cleaning lady twice a month) 

With around 120m2 there is plenty of space, the main part of the flat is on the 3d floor, which consist of the available room (with West side small balcony), a very big living room with connected East side balcony, kitchen and one of the two bathrooms. 

In the living room there is plenty of room for you to create a work desk or relaxation space.   

You will be sharing the living room, kitchen (and only the occasional use of the 3rd floor bathroom) with me, Alex (M) 35 working fulltime as electronics design engineer. I’m half Dutch half Greek and into a variety of sports, but mainly active in bouldering and climbing. I like art, music and a house filled with plants in which we could use some new ones! And a house that’s tidy and clean. 

The house consists of two floors, the smaller second floor is on the 5th floor and we share the main entrance hallway, with our 4th floor neighbour, to reach it. On the 5th floor there is a second bathroom, my bedroom and workroom, I am more often on that floor than in the living room, alternatively I’m in Amsterdam at my girlfriends place, though she is also once or twice a week at mine, which I always communicate and also then we are mainly on the 3rd floor to cook after going and go out for sports or chill on the 5th floor in order to not keep to much space from you 😉.

You will have a Dirk, Lidl, AH, Tram and train station Noord all just around the corner, central station a mere 12min bike ride away. 

Looking for a roommate who is around 28 or older, preferably working, open-minded, positive and with a good vibe, combined with being clean and tidy. You enjoy doing your own things, but open for an occasional dinner or drink together as we will be sharing the house 😉.
