Fully furnished room in shared house. The house has a communal kitchen, bathroom, living room area and rooftop terrace and there are 4 other tenants. The rent is excluding utilities, which averages around 50 Euro. Internet is included. Registration is possible. The house has had a new floor since the pictures were taken.

The house is located in a quiet and safe area of Rotterdam at the Bas Paauwestraat, right next to the river. It’s a nice walk or run along the boulevard up to Brienenoord nature island. There’s a passenger / cyclist ferry across the river for a quick and easy commute to Erasmus university.
