The property is well-maintained and currently shared with female housemates. We are looking for someone who appreciates a peaceful and friendly household and treats both the home and the housemates with respect.

🛏️ Room & Facilities
You will share the kitchen, bathroom, and toilet with the other residents. Wi-Fi is available and included in the rent.

💶 Rent & Conditions
The monthly rent is €725, all-inclusive. This includes:
• Use of furniture
• Gas, water and electricity
• Wi-Fi
• Municipal taxes
• Registration with the municipality is possible

A security deposit of 2 months' rent applies.

👤 Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for a tidy, calm student (male or female) who is dedicated to their MBO, HBO or university studies. Proof of enrolment at an educational institution is required. Smoking and pets are not allowed. Registration with the municipality is possible.

Preference will be given to mature, responsible applicants who are energy-conscious and mindful of shared facilities.
