About the place

I’m looking for a female working professional to share my modern, unfurnished 54 m² apartment at Rotterdam Blaak, around a three-minute walk from Blaak station. The building was completed in 2021.

The space
You would use the larger living area connected to the shared kitchen as your sleeping and living space. I would occupy the separate bedroom. Please note that your space is not an enclosed bedroom. You are welcome to add a freestanding privacy screen.

The apartment has flooring, painted walls, a bathroom with a toilet, and a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven and induction hob. 

Residents have access to the gym, study and workspaces, game lounges, cinema room, music room and parcel lockers. Shared laundry facilities are available at an additional cost.

Monthly payment
€750 base contribution
€175 advance toward service charges, heating, water, electricity, internet and shared municipal and water-board taxes
Total: €925 per month

The €175 advance is subject to reconciliation against actual costs. 
Deposit: €1,500.

Available from 4 December 2026. I’m looking for someone intending to stay for at least one year. Address registration is possible following agency approval.

You would need to complete the building agency’s full application and screening process and receive approval as a co-occupant before moving in.
