Starting April 9th, a double room with a total surface area of ​​15.7 m² will become available. You can live here for a year with the possibility of extension. You also have a balcony with a view of the Delfshavense Schie! You will share a spacious bathroom, kitchen, and living room with two housemates. The property is an 8-minute bike ride from the Erasmus MC and has a direct tram connection to Rotterdam Central, Blaak, and Woudestein! Furthermore there is an Albert Heijn, Hema, Kruidvat and Blokker on 3 minute walking distance.
I am very busy with my studies (medicine), so I am looking for someone who leads their own life just like me, but enjoys having a good chat.
I personally love baking, listening to music, and watching movies, but I also always enjoy grabbing a drink on a terrace.
I am looking for a social, quiet, and clean housemate who also loves cats, because one will be joining the household after the summer holidays!
