Room with built-in desk (ideal for a student). Everything within walking distance. From Central Station, to center city and bus/metro lines. It is a quiet neighborhood and little to no nuisance from neighbors (which is always a good thing). You also have a grocery story at 100m, a bus stop in front of the door and a tram stop within a 5-minute walk. 

The current resident is a reserved 40-year+ male. Looking for a roommate with the following qualities; serious, reliable and clear in communication. And you are preferably looking for a room for a longer period (2 years min.).
