About the place

Looking for a nice temporary place in Rotterdam? I'm renting out my room on the 1e Middellandstraat from 17 October until the end of December.

It's a bright attic room on the top floor, with sloped ceilings and a dormer window overlooking the street. It gets lots of sunlight. The room is neatly finished with fresh white walls, wooden flooring and a radiator under the window. It's rented unfurnished, so you can set it up exactly the way you like.

You'll share a spacious house of over 120 m², spread across two floors, with 5 lovely housemates. The shared spaces are fully furnished, including a washing machine and dryer, and there's a toilet on each floor.

Middelland is one of Rotterdam's liveliest neighbourhoods. The 1e Middellandstraat is full of shops, bakeries, supermarkets and places to eat, and the cafés and restaurants of the Nieuwe Binnenweg are just around the corner. For a walk or an afternoon on the grass, head to Het Park by the Euromast. With trams nearby and Rotterdam Central Station a few minutes away by bike, you can get anywhere quickly.
