About the place

I'm looking for a tenant ( female only, no smoker, no pets) for a room in my house. 
The house is in Roosendaal in front of a park and a lake. Beatifull and peacefull view from the house.
Close to bus station ( around 5 minutes by walk) and close to center place of the area( around 10 minutes by walk).
It's a nice fully finished room with 21m2. Just need to take your suitcase and move in.
The kitchen, bathroom, living room, the garden, the washingmachine are shared.
The rent is €650 including utility costs, internet and taxes.
Registration is possible. You can move in from now.
I'm looking for someone who is clean and tidy.
