A furnished room is available in my two-floor city-centre apartment. The room includes:

Comfortable bed, wardrobe, and electrically height-adjustable desk (ideal for work or study).

Access to a small private balcony.

Rent includes everything: gas, water, electricity, and high-speed internet.

The apartment is in a prime location — a few minutes’ walk from Albert Heijn, city centre, bus stop, bus station and Designer Outlet.

There is also a calm, well-behaved cat in the apartment (mostly keeps to himself).

I’m looking for someone who values a clean and tidy living space, respects boundaries, and pays rent on time. This is also my home office on some weekdays, so a calm and considerate environment is important.

No smoking

No loud parties

No illegal substances

Municipal registration possible
