About the place

I have a room of around 14 m² available in my home in Roermond. The house is approximately 156 m², was recently renovated, and is close to the train station.

You would share the living room, kitchen and other common areas with me. The rent is €600 per month including gas, water, electricity and internet, so there are no additional monthly costs.

I'm mainly looking for someone who is tidy and easy to live with. It doesn't really matter whether you're working or studying, and temporary rental is also fine.
