Are you a student or PhD candidate looking for a comfortable, easily accessible studio near Delft? Then our student complex in Rijswijk is exactly what you’re looking for!

TU Delft is within cycling distance and can also be reached by bus, ideal for students who want a quiet but well‑connected living environment. We have 136 rooms divided across different units. Each room shares a bathroom (cleaned once a week), a kitchen with a microwave, and a communal laundry room with 14–16 fellow residents — perfect for shared meals and building new friendships.

Each room is furnished with a single bed, desk with chair, dining table with 2 chairs, wardrobe and a refrigerator with freezer compartment, and Wi‑Fi is available throughout the complex. Please note: crockery and kitchen utensils are not included.

In addition, there are several communal areas where you can study, relax or socialise, as well as a large outdoor space to enjoy the outdoors, study outside or participate in barbecues and events.

We offer a campus contract, specifically for students during the course of their studies.

The fixed rental price includes water, electricity, heating and internet. During office hours, a building manager is present several days a week, and in case of emergencies, support is available 24/7.
