Looking for a TU Delft or Leiden University student to take over my room from May 1st, 2026.

The room One of the best rooms in the building — a spacious first-floor corner room with windows on two sides, flooded with natural light all day and a lovely view. Fully furnished with a bed, desk, wardrobe, shelving, and everything you need to just move in. Municipal registration is possible. Note: some furniture is included with the room; additional pieces available for purchase at a good price.

The location 🚲 20 min by bike to TU Delft 🚊 Tram stop 4 min on foot — direct connections to both Delft and The Hague 🚲 Den Haag Centraal in 20 min by bike (17 min by tram) Rijswijk is quiet, safe, and well-connected

The building International student house with a great atmosphere — mostly TU Delft and Leiden students, young and international crowd. You'll have:
* Shared kitchen on your floor
* Separate men's and women's bathrooms and showers
* Large common areas on the ground floor
* A terrace

The costs €810/month — completely all-inclusive: rent, gas, heating, electricity, water, WiFi, cleaning of shared areas, furniture, municipal taxes. No surprises.
Who can apply Enrolled student or PhD candidate at TU Delft or Leiden University.
