Lovely spacious  room on first floor in friendly house, located just at the edge of The Hague in Rijswijk on the Haagweg, close the the Haagse Hogeschool starting 1 October 2018.
The room includes besides one  bookshlelf and a wardrobe also a piano for those that feel inspired. (see pictures)
The rent includes gaz, eletricity internet.
Trams 1 and 15 going to center and to 
all railwaystations aswell to the beach ; it stops in front of the house.
Rijswijk shoppingcenter is at five minutes walk.
Only female candidates can respond to this add since you wil be sharing the kitchen and bathroom with one other female student.
