About the place

We are three male housemates, and a room in our house has become available for a new housemate.
The room is reasonably large and furnished, and has high-speed internet.
We all share the bathroom, two toilets, and the kitchen.
Use of the beautiful garden is also free.
Public transport is just two minutes away, and the center of Ridderkerk with all its shops is within walking distance. There's also a small shopping center with a supermarket even closer.

The rent is €750, which includes a two-month deposit of €1500 to secure the rent and the contents of the house.
