Furnished guest room of 8 m² in a quiet area.

The room is conveniently located close to a supermarket (400 m), train station (1 km walking distance), and the forest (Veluwe, 1 km away). The room includes a refrigerator with freezer and a combination microwave oven.

There is also a sink with hot and cold running water, but there is NO stovetop or induction hob.

The shared bathroom and two toilets can be seen in the photos. Since there are two toilets, you will never have to wait.

Smoking, drugs, throwing parties, or playing loud music are strictly prohibited.

The room is located in Rheden, the Netherlands. The rent is €490 per month, including:

* Gas, water and electricity
* Good Wi-Fi (800 Mbps from KPN)
* Cleaning of the shared areas every two weeks
* Use of the washing machine, dryer and vacuum cleaner

The house is environmentally friendly and has an energy label A, thanks to insulation throughout the house and solar panels.

Waste is separated into glass, plastic, paper, organic waste (GFT), and general waste.

A maximum of one bicycle can be stored in the garden.
