Furnished room of 14m² with electric roller shutter in a quiet area close to a supermarket (400m), train station (1km walk), and forest (Veluwe 1km). Included is a fridge with freezer and a combination microwave. Furthermore, there is a kitchenette with a 2-burner induction hob and a sink with hot and cold water. The kitchenette is for your own use, so you do not have to share it with anyone else.

The shared bathroom and two toilets can be seen in the photos. Because there are two toilets, you do not have to wait.

Smoking, drugs, hosting parties, or loud music are absolutely not allowed.

Also, indicate what kind of work you do and explain your motivation. The room is located in Rheden; the rent is €615 per month, including gas, water, electricity, good Wi-Fi (800mb/s from KPN), and cleaning of the shared areas every two weeks. Use of the two washing machines, the two dryers, and the vacuum cleaner is also included.

The house is environmentally friendly and has an energy label A due to insulation throughout and solar panels. Waste is separated into Glass, Plastic, Paper, Organic Waste, and Residual Waste. Furthermore, a maximum of one bicycle can be stored in the locked shed.
