About the place

In the rural town of Renkum, 5 km from WUR University, we have a room available for a student. This is a connected room with a shower and toilet located on the same floor. We are a couple over 60 who continuously rent out this room combination. The room will become available from September 1st. We are finding a solution at home for the introduction week in Wageningen in August. We are preferably looking for a first-year student (preferably male). There is also a shared washing machine; the kitchen located on the ground floor is shared with the residents. We are a friendly couple (she is German); for our age, we feel reasonably modern and gender-neutral. The rent is €470 and is all-inclusive.
