About the place

We're looking for a calm, tidy, and working female tenant to join our little international household in a quiet and well-kept neighborhood in Purmerend.

The room is located on the third floor, next to the room of another girl.

It comes furnished with a bed and mattress available for purchase from the previous tenant, who was the sole previous owner.

The house itself is spacious and well-equipped. You'll have access to a large, comfortable living room where we sometimes gather for dinner or to watch something together on the TV or projector, a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, fridge, microwave, and oven, plus a washing machine for your convenience. Outside, there's a garden to enjoy when the weather allows. For bathrooms, there's one full bathroom with shower and bathtub, and a separate guest toilet near the entrance.

You'd be sharing the home with five others: two Italian girls, one Italian guy, one Spanish guy, and one Egyptian guy — all working professionals between 27 and 32. The vibe is relaxed and respectful. Most of us are out during the day or quietly in our rooms, and we come together occasionally for a meal or a movie. 

The rent is €800/month, all utilities included, with a €1,000 deposit. The rental runs until end of February, with the possibility of renewal.
