I am a third-year International & European Law student and will be going on an exchange semester abroad. Therefore, I am looking for someone to sublet my fully furnished room from 1 August until 1 January.
The room is located in a quiet private home in Pijnacker and is fully furnished, making it ready to move in immediately. It includes a comfortable double bed, a desk and chair, storage furniture, and a private sink, which provides additional convenience for everyday use.
The room is situated on the first floor of the house. The facilities on this floor are shared with only three other tenants. These include a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, a separate toilet, and a laundry room with both a washing machine and a dryer. The homeowners live in a separate part of the house with their own private entrance, ensuring privacy for both the owners and the tenants.
The property is located in a quiet residential area with excellent public transport connections:
Delft – approximately 10–15 minutes 
Rotterdam – approximately 20–25 minutes 
The Hague – approximately 25–30 minutes
