Looking for a comfortable place to live? We are offering a 13.1 m² room in a property located above a café/cafeteria. The room comes with a large mirrored wardrobe and is available for immediate move-in.

The property features a shared kitchen, bathroom, toilets, and a spacious roof terrace. You will be sharing the communal facilities with three other male tenants (English-speaking; one student and two working professionals). A washing machine and dryer are also available downstairs.

Good to know

The property is located in an old building, above a café/cafeteria. This means that some noise from the business downstairs may occasionally be heard.

Access to the upstairs accommodation is through the kitchen of the café/cafeteria. As this is also a working area, we value mutual trust, consideration, and respect for each other's privacy. We are therefore looking for a tidy, trustworthy, and responsible tenant who is mindful of this arrangement.

Washing machine and Dryer

The washing machine and dryer are located downstairs and can be used from Tuesday to Saturday between 2:30 PM and 7:30 PM. These facilities are not available on Sundays or Mondays.

Parking and bicycle Storage

Paid parking is available in front of the property. There is no separate or secured bicycle storage available.

Accessibility
Located on the edge of Oosterhout's city centre, just a 5 minute walk from shops, restaurants, a library and supermarkets. The bus stop is approximately a 5-6 minute walk away.

We would also prefer tenants who do not smoke indoors.
