We have a room available at the ridderspoorlaan in Oegstgeest. The apartment has 4 fully furnished rooms and a shared kitchen and bathroom. Daily necessities such as bed linen, towels, cookware, cups, plates and cutlery are present. The room has a bed, desk, desk chair and cupboard. Room 2 is free at the moment. the rent is €746 Deposit is double the rent,  Wifi is present, inscription City Hall is possible, washing machine present, pets aren’t allowed, not eligible for the Dutch housing subsidy.
Only for INTERNATIONAL FEMALE STUDENTS, > 21 years. Renting contract from 01.12.25 until 31.08.2026
