We offer a nice, fully furnished hospita duplex studio of 21 m2 with kitchen, located in Oegstgeest/Leiden in a safe residential area, fairly close to supermarkets and bus stops (10 minutes biking from Central Station Leiden). The studio is completely furnished. Toilette and bathroom are to be shared with 1 other person / non-smoking place / no pets / not suitable for couples/ not eligible for the Dutch housing subsidy. Start 01.April 2026 until 31.December 2026.
