Rent is all-in, though environmental tax apart (+/- 105,-/ m).

Very nice dwelling: 
in fact 'a 32 m2 appartement' = upstairs a quite, light 'bed - sitter'(14m2) with green view + downstairs (18m2): a living- kitchen, hall toilet and a private shower. Use of garden (please agree first, not during our work day-parts).

Downstairs: +/- 4 day-parts/ week are our private working hours in the owner’s front room and living-kitchen. Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday and on Friday afternoon are for private sessions by psychologist and careercounselor.

Effectively:
- after 17:00 and in weekends you have a lot of private space
- during our private work hours we use the whole ground floor for private sessions. 
The other ours you may pass the stairs in our front room to use the kitchen and toilet.
- Owner is available on sundays (11 am to 02 pm), you’re welcome to with questions.
