Nice 9m² room for rent, featuring laminate flooring, a wardrobe, a bed, a mattress, and a desk. I am looking for a quiet, reliable student.

The city center, the train station, and the universities are all within a 10-minute bike ride.

- Municipal registration is permitted; a signed contract is required.
- Seeking a full-time student.
- Minimum rental period: 1 year.
- The bed and desk will differ slightly from those shown in the photos/video but are in good condition.

- You will be living with 3 male housemates, two of whom are first-year students.
