Beautiful 9m² room for rent with laminate flooring, bed, mattress, and desk. I am looking for a quiet, reliable student.

- Registration with the municipality is permitted.
- Full-time student wanted.
- In person viewings preferred.
- The rental period is minimal one year.
- Parties and living together are not allowed here.
- 3 housemates (m).
