About the place

Beautiful 9m² room for rent with laminate flooring, bed, mattress, and desk. I am looking for a quiet, reliable student.

Points to note:

- Just a ten-minute bike ride from Leiden University.
- Registration with the municipality is permitted.
- Full-time student wanted.
- The rental period cannot be adjusted or terminated prematurely. No extension possible.
- If there is mutual interest, an (online) viewing and introduction is possible on the weekend of July 4 and 5.
- Parties and living together are not allowed here.

- The bed and desk are slightly different from what is shown in the photos.
