About the place

A caring man who appreciates cleanliness and tidiness; he has a pleasant apartment located almost on the beach and enjoys cooking. He is frequently abroad for extended periods, offering the tenant a great deal of freedom. The accommodation includes a nice room with a private shower area and a separate private toilet, with shared use of the living room, kitchen, balcony, washing machine, and dryer. The tenant is responsible for keeping the rented spaces clean.
