-30 mins drive to Hoofddorp. 
-15 mins by bus to Leiden. 
- 53 mins by bus to Den haag. 

I am already looking for a tenant to confirm ASAP the sooner the the higher your chances are.

You will only live with another one girl in the whole apartment situated right to the beach of Noordwijk in a very affluent area. The shower and laundry is shared but toilet is separate. The other tenant rarely stays at home because of crazy work schedule so the apartment is basically yours most of the time. It's a modern and clean house with Energy label A.

Requirements:
1. Non smoker and no pets allowed
2. Kind, easygoing and respectful to the other roommate
3. Willing to abide by the rules of cleanliness ( very important)
4. Pay rent on time
