You will only live with another one girl in the whole apartment situated right to the beach of Noordwijk in a very affluent area. The shower and laundry is shared but toilet is separate. It's a modern and clean house with Energy label A.

Rent price: 980pm and a deposit is required.

Requirements:
1. Non smoker and no pets allowed
2. Kind and respectful to the other roommate
3. Willing to abide by the rules of cleanliness ( very important)
4. Pay rent on time
