About the place

Hello room seekers, 

From start of March, there will be a room of around 20m2 available in our lovely Huize Wolfskuil (one of many; it’s a long street). The room is located on the first floor and is equipped with a sink. The rent for the room is 428,90€ (including gas, electricity & water). There is a possibility to take over the couch and/ or the closet from the previous tenant and prices can be discussed upon interest. Important note: the house belongs to the SSHN, so it is important that you are a student at the HAN or the RU. 

A little bit about the house and roommates: We will be 6 roommates in total with different shared facilities including a bathroom, separate toilet, two kitchens, a balcony and a garden. You will get a shed in the garden for your personal use. The house is located at the end of the Wolfskuilseweg, within walking or cycling distance of supermarkets and other shops. To the citycenter or station you will cycle about 5-10 minutes, and the Han or Uni are a mere 15–20-minute cycle away. We are 5  people of mixed genders, all in our early twenties and an English-speaking house. 
We are a social house and enjoy talking if we encounter eachother in the kitchen or the hallway, and also like having  house evenings every now and then where we cook and eat together.

Other practical information: There will also be an additional monthly internet fee of €10. The viewing will take place on the 19th of February in the evening. In addition, we keep a cleaning schedule, so it would be appreciated if you are okay with pulling your weight! We would prefer someone who doesn’t smoke.
