When you enter you go up a flight of stairs. There you will find a kitchen and two separate rooms and on the floor above the bathroom and laundry room and also two rooms. 

You move into a room with a balcony in a house that you share with three other residents. 
The basic rent is 425 euros and the service costs 105 euros (including GWE). 

You share a kitchen, bathroom, and a laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. 

You are responsible for cleaning the common areas together (in the form of your own chores).
